Located in the heart of Kobe’s city center, this hotel is convenient for local attractions such as Ikuta Jinja Shrine, the historic western houses of Kitano Ijinkan-gai, and the restaurants and shopping centers of Sannomiya. The hotel is also located in the same building as Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station and has easy access to the city’s other main railway and subway lines.

Guests at Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya can enjoy a full breakfast in the Kobe Nozomiyama restaurant on the 29th floor. Bread, eggs, sausages, bacon, salad, fruit juice, coffee and tea are all available to help you start your day.
This restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner and serves a variety of dishes including pasta, curry, and Kobe beef steak.
Also on the 29th floor there is a whisky specialty bar called Den Sannomiya where a whisky concierge can recommend the perfect whisky to suit your taste.

For other dining options there is a dining section called Ekizo on the first floor of the hotel building, which has Thai, Chinese and Italian restaurants, as well as several restaurants serving typical Japanese dishes such as okonomiyaki, yakitori and sashimi.
